Posting guidelines for Buy/Sell/Trade section

Ok, here is a place for us to list items for sale, trade or want to buy.
Also we can list anything we have found that's a B/S/T that might be of interest too.
Now, only thing I asked is that you post here instead of other places on the forum with B/S/T info.
Please be sure and update any post you have of items for sale if you sell them or decide not to sell them.
